About the course

The purpose of this training is to: strengthen biblical foundations and theological understanding; develop healthy spiritual character and integrity; provide practical ministry skills for preaching, teaching, leadership, prayer, worship, administration, outreach, and pastoral care; cultivate emotional healing and self-awareness to prevent unresolved personal issues from hindering ministry effectiveness; train leaders to minister with wisdom, discernment, compassion, accountability, and excellence; prepare ministers to serve both inside and outside the walls of the church; and empower participants to lead transformational ministry that reflects the heart, order, and mission of God.
